You will be working in a creative environment, working with donated goods to maximise sales and net contribution.You will make a real difference to young people in England by helping to raise the vital funds needed to support our frontline work. You will need to be driven and focused on making money, and have good communication skills both inside and outside the shop, reaching out to the local community to help build support for the shop.As a Shop Manager you will manage 2 part time Assistant Shop Managers along with a team of diverse volunteers.
