Call our 24/7 advice line for health care professionals and families if you need support with symptom management and end of life care - 01284 766133.
If you have used our Hospice's services, please consider taking some time to inform us of your experience.

St Nicholas Hospice is dedicated to its vision for everyone to matter in life and death.
We are looking for a Shop Supervisor who can help us make the most out of every donation, develop a strong community presence and generate vital income for St Nicholas Hospice Care.

• Contribute to meeting agreed on sales targets set by the Shop Manager.
• Processing sales using the Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) system.
• Provide high-quality customer service ensuring that everyone has a positive experience engaging with the Hospice.
• Actively encourage donors to complete Gift Aid forms for donated items, motivating volunteers to sign up donors.
• Responsible for opening and closing the shop, cashing up, banking and completing reconciliation procedures in the Managers absence.
• Ensure that all donations are stored and handled using the correct procedures.
As an employee of St Nicholas Hospice Care you would receive the following benefits:
• A Health Cash Plan & Wellbeing programme
• 25 days annual leave increasing to 29 with service (pro-rata for part-time employees)
