Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive is currently searching for an employment lawyer for a short term interim assignment, approximately lasting 1-3 months, 3 days a week.
The successful consultant is required to support on UK employment matters, liaising with the APAC team on identified employment issues and challenges. Day to day, you may also be asked to support HR and update employment policies and handbooks for the UK. The client is offering hybrid working.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified Solicitor with training from a top tier law firm.
- You have post-qualification experience working on a range of employment matters.
- Financial services experience would be highly desired.
- You will have a background working for in-house organisations or top tier law firms.
- You will have excellent communication and time management skills.
- You can work autonomously but can also collaborate effectively as part of the wider team.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work for the UK, visa sponsorship is not available via Adaptive.
