Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are keen to hear from experience intellectual property lawyers who are available from February 2024, to support on a client assignment.
This assignment will focus on IP strategy and considerations and will require you to lead on the work scheduled for the coming year.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified lawyer, with training and experience from a top tier law firm.
- Strong intellectual property experience and the confidence to lead on and escalate where appropriate, matters.
- You will have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work for the UK, visa sponsorship is not available via Adaptive.
