Job Description

We seek an enthusiastic self-starter to contribute as a subject matter expert in supporting and growing our SIPP and ISA product services. This will include liaising with and supporting internal and external stakeholders through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and collaborating with internal departments to improve and re-engineer our SIPP and ISA products and services to develop a market-leading offering that ensures compliance with FCA, HMRC, and CASS requirements.
  • Keep current regarding rules, regulations, and legislation for all SIPP and ISA accounts and provide support with internal guidance as required.
  • Preparing MI reports on account performance and activity as requested by senior management.
  • Handling queries related to SIPP & ISA accounts and ensuring excellent client service.
  • Monitor the performance of the SIPP & ISA offerings and ensure company strategies, objectives and client service levels are consistently met.
  • Strong focus on strategy, growth, oversight and development.


Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years’ operational experience in SIPP & ISA
  • Experience in growing a SIPP business within the financial services sector is preferred.
  • Experience with brokerage or financial technology (preferred but not essential)
  • In-depth knowledge of SIPP & ISA regulations, HMRC guidelines, and pension industry best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data processing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for pension administration
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and stick to deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Self-Invested Personal Pensions with reference to appropriate experts when the cover falls outside your own experience.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in relevant field (Economics, Business Management etc.)
  • Qualification in Pension administration or similar


Location and Hours:

20 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 8AF

8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday
