Site Engineering Manager
North Lincolnshire
Food Manufacturing
£75,000 + Electric Car, 10% Bonus & Private HC.
This is a great opportunity for the right person. It’s a chance to join a site within a large Food Manufacturing group which is home to a dedicated and long serving team.
Perhaps different to a lot of Engineering Management roles, you won’t be spending your time running around after machine breakdowns as the site runs at high efficiency levels, instead you’ll focus on the numerous projects to upgrade their site and its structure.
Unlike many food factories, you will have a stable engineering team, one which hasn’t had a gap for well over a year – no more time wasted on recruitment. You will have a team of 15 skilled and capable Engineers/TLs who you’ll look to develop and upskill.
It is a role that will give you a good level of autonomy and the Site Director will lean on you as his right hand in running the site.
Background
You will need a background as an Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer or Head of Engineering in the Food Manufacturing industry as well as experience in delivering CDM projects.
It is an essential requirement that you have experience as Site Electrical Duty Holder.
