Site Maintenance Engineer Injection Moulding Days Role – 7 - 3
A new opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the team of a small, but very successful injection mould manufacturing company in Greater Manchester.
As sole Maintenance Engineer on site, you will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities including:
- Reactive and preventative maintenance across a range of injection mould presses and ancillary equipment
- Shut downs and start ups
- Machine service schedules
- Site services/facilities maintenance
- Contributing to site wide improvement projects
Requirements:
- Apprentice trained Engineer
- Minimum of 5 years experience of maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Experience maintaining injection moulding machines
- Multi-skilled – able to attend mechanical and electrical breakdowns
- Experience of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Experience maintaining electrical systems
- Excellent fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Able to manage own workload effectively
- Flexible to provide out of hours support when needed
