<div>Permanent Site Manager Role - Regional!<br/><br/>The Company<br/><br/>Our client is a dynamic construction contractor with over 20 years within the industry. They provide construction solutions to for their clients who they have big contracts with - excess of £25m forecast this year. They uphold a healthy track record of success and are continuing to grow as a business.<br/><br/>The Projects<br/><br/>Working as a permanent Site Manager, you will be based around the North West working on NHS & Education refurbishment schemes, around the North West. You will be ensuring you deliver the projects in a timely and efficient manor, up to a high standard of work.<br/><br/>Requirements<br/><br/>For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;<br/><br/>SMSTS<br/>CSCS<br/>First AidIt is also essential that you hold the experience below;<br/><br/>5+ years as a Site Manager<br/>A healthy track record of delivering large Refurbishments projectsAdditional skills;<br/><br/>Ability to travel<br/>Indicate being a team leader<br/>Have confidence in your role<br/>Strong working knowledge of working in the construction industry <br/><br/>The Role<br/><br/>Job Title: Site Manager<br/>Project: Various NHS refurbishments, North West<br/>Reporting to: Contracts Manager <br/><br/>Duties<br/><br/>Health & Safety<br/>Quality Assurance<br/>Progress reporting<br/>Ordering materials<br/>Updating Site Diaries<br/>Inductions / Toolbox Talks<br/>Participate in site discipline meetings<br/>Management of on-site labour including subcontractors<br/>Ensure project is delivered to a high standard, on time and to budget<br/>Working closely with and providing regular reports to the Contracts Manager<br/>Maintain daily records including progress pictures within project file to support management<br/>Assist in the preparation of RAMS & ensure they are reviewed and signed off on a daily basis <br/><br/>This is a permanent position with a competitive rate on offer for the successful candidate.
