Waites Recruitment Consultancy are seeking an experience Site Manager who has Facades and Glaising experience for a client who has projects in Brentford and South East London.
- Overseeing daily site operations
- Supervising subcontractors onsite
- Overseeing H&S and adherence onsite
- Overseeing all workplace policies and procedures
- Responsibility for delivering programme on site and providing a progress update weekly
- generating fortnightly internal report and inputting on external client facing month report
- Maintaining quality control procedures and depending on size of project overseeing manager who is responsible for quality control
- Calling off materials from pre-set delivery schedule (insulation etc) and ordering day to day materials to get project built
