Your new companyYou will be working for an established construction company that has a strong pipeline of future projects for social housing and local authorities. The company has a turnover in excess of 25m and has continued backing from a financially strong and long-term social housing organisation. Prioritising client and customer relationships, this company has a strong and well recognised reputation in the construction market. In recent years, the company has gifted money to transformation projects within the community, a creditability to their values as a 'people before profit' and purpose-driven business. Your new roleAs a site manager you will be working on new build and refurbishment projects, project values of £500k - £5million for social housing providers.This is a permanent position in which your daily activities will include; managing on-site workers - including subcontractors, communicating with the clients and providing regular updates on the progress of the projects.
