To operate a Waste Transfer Station (WTS) & Household Recycling Centres (HRC) maintaining a strong safety culture in line with company objectives. To act as the first point of contact with incoming service users to advise best practice and excellent customer service for Waste Disposal, Transfer and Recycling. To maintain a strong team ethic with the current workforce, offering coaching & mentoring to new employees. To maintain organisational values engaging with stakeholders to demonstrate strong leadership and core objectives. To focus on innovation to enhance client expectations and deliver a first class service. To maintain and exceed current housekeeping standards, measuring performance (KPI's) and provide feedback to stakeholders through clear lines of reporting. What are we looking for? Experience of managing a site with an environmental permit Experience and knowledge within the waste industry Previous experience within a customer facing role Good and effective communicator IT Skills - Google platform.
