We are searching for a Site Manager to oversee the management of all aspects of a cleaning contract across a multisite educational campus in Barnet and Southgate. As a Site Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining strong client relationships with high levels of satisfaction
  • Providing and maintaining the quality of service delivery
  • Managing, recruiting and coaching staff
  • Be responsible for ensuring Health & Safety procedures and legislation is adhered to
  • Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement

As Site Manager you will have the following expertise and attributes:

  • Recruitment and training of Staff
  • Coordinating Schedules and arranging cover
  • Management of all cleaning tasks on site
  • Payroll
  • Stores Orders and Budgets
  • Problem solving and pro- active attitude to issues raised.
  • Innovation and progression
  • KPIs including Daily checks and weekly Quality Audits
