Site Manager Job In Herne Bay

Following a detailed conversation with a Contracts Manager of a Kent based House Builder this morning I am looking to speak to Site Managers on the Kent coast to deliver a development of 132 units.

The development between Canterbury and Herne Bay will consist of 30 flats in 3 x low rise blocks and a further 102 Traditional Build houses.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience with a Volume House Builder.
• NHBC PIJ award winner ( either as No1 or part of a team).
• Traditional Build experience.
• Strong IT Skills.
• Strong NHBC standards knowledge.
• No1 Site Manager experience.
• Stable career history.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 6 in Site Management
• Black CSCS Card
• 3 Day First Aid
• Scaffold Inspection
• Temporary Works
