Job Title: Site Manager Location: West Midlands, Coventry, United Kingdom Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Monday to Friday Primary Industry: Construction, New Build Housing, House Building Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum Qualifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) First Aid Certification Valid Driving Licence Skills and Experience: Proven experience in traditional new build housing projects Strong knowledge of site management practises Familiarity with NHBC standards Company Overview: A recognised Housing Developer has an exciting new project starting up in Coventry and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. Job Duties: Oversee and manage all aspects of on-site construction activities Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople Maintain quality control and adherence to project timelines Communicate effectively with project stakeholders Required Qualifications: SMSTS certification CSCS card Valid First Aid certification Full UK Driving Licence Education: Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in site management within the construction industry Knowledge and Skills: Excellent organisational and leadership abilities Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations Effective problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Working Conditions: This role involves working on-site in various weather conditions.
