Title: Site Manager (Roofing)
Department: Roofing
Location: London, Essex, Surrey
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Salary: 50,000 + 5k Car allowance
Role Overview:
The focus for the Site Manager is the effective management of all aspects of the site. This will include the effective management and supervision of all subcontractors, materials, deliveries, direct and indirectly engaged operatives. Also, the Site Manager position will be required to manage the plant and co-ordination to ensure projects are delivered to budget, quality standards and within the budgeted and contracted time frames.
Duties:
- Communication with project team, client, users,
- Maintaining Site Records:
- Provide accurate Weekly Update Report
- Daily site diaries
- H & S Inductions, Method, Risk & COSSH assessments as required
- Ensure all works are carried out to pre-issued Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Hire and monitoring of Plant, equipment etc., its safe operation, (checking driver training certification) timely return, protection, and security.
- Plan and manage site strategy for Hazard Awareness and Risk Assessment to ensure compliance.

- Scaffold awareness
- Working at Height
- Roofing experience.
