A reputable and highly successful Main Contractor with a portfolio of quality family home refurbishments across Central London are seeking a confident Site Manager to join their growing team.
The Site Manager's role
The role will be 100% site-based and will offer the Site Manager the opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious high-end projects across Central London in values of between £5-20m.
These projects require a confident Site Manager who is comfortable and confident communicating in this client-facing role, with a genuine passion for working on bespoke luxury properties.
The Site Manager
- 7+ years' experience
- Track record of projects with one-off bespoke luxury properties essential
- Experience with prime residential refurbishments essential
- Confident and excellent communicator
- Previous experience in a client facing role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong team management skills
- Computer literate
- Extensive background in Construction
