Site Manager - Plymouth

Our client is looking for a Site Manager to join their busy team in Plymouth to manage a commercial construction project.

This role for a Site Manager is a permanent position. My client is happy to consider Site Managers of all abilities (salary will reflect experience and ability).

Day to day:

  • Standard Site Manager duties
  • Managing health and safety on site
  • Working with the site teams
  • Holding progress meetings
  • Reporting to your Contracts Manager
  • Working with the Senior Management Team
  • Ordering materials
  • Assessing progress and planning works

Site Manager Requirements:

  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
  • Trade background desirable
  • Good positive attitude to work
  • Driven and motivated
  • Experience managing commercial/ construction sites
