High End Commercial Fit out - 6 Months
Your new company
A newly established contractor who have delivered a variety of projects across the Residential and Commercial sector. They have a focus on ensuring their clients needs are met to the highest quality and construction to a budget.
Your new role
You will be working on a high-end office space in central London to the value of 4.2m. This office space is across 2 floors and will be delivered to a CAT B spec and will run for 6 Months. They are currently in the process of strip out and have already delivered 2 floors to a CAT A standard.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you need to -
- Experience delivering on CAT B projects.
- Worked on projects to the value circa 5m
- Strong M&E knowledge (NO TSM ON SITE)
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- FIRST AID
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a 6 Month contract with a competitive day rate, CIS or LTD options available. If this project is delivered on time and to budget you will be considered for future projects.
