<div><p>Summary</p><p><strong>Vacancy:</strong><strong> 1 x Site Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Type:</strong><strong> Temporary to Permanent after 3-4 Months</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong><strong> Manchester </strong></p><p><strong>Rate: 220 per day </strong></p><p>A well-established, and rapidly expanding principle contractor who are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. This company has gone from strength to strength each year and have an exciting growth plan in place. Due to recently winning new contracts which are due to commence imminently, they are looking to expand their team.</p><p>You will be working on Social Housing Refurbishment schemes covering sites in the Manchester area on behalf of councils and housing associations. You will be overseeing Kitchen and Bathrooms, Re-Roofing, Boiler Upgrades and E.W.I schemes in tenanted and void properties.</p><p><strong>Role/Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Embedding the clients requirements in every aspect of the project, offering the clients added value to give them the assurance that they can trust the Contractor in providing a quality start-to-finish delivery</li><li>Assisting the Project Manager with any problems or concerns on site</li><li>Regular liaison with the client, discussing progress and acting as the company representative</li><li>Senior management meetings on progression of sites making sure directors are aware of each development</li><li>Liaising with TLOs for any issues or concerns from tenants</li><li>Discussing build-ability and design issues</li><li>Managing Health & Safety</li><li>Programming and planning all works</li><li>Devising a build programme</li><li>Recruitment of staff, organising trades and labour</li><li>Ensuring KPIs are being achieved</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li> 220 per day CIS or Umbrella on a temporary basis</li><li>Monday to Friday: 40 Hours - 42.5 Hours Per Week</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>A strong background in the social housing refurbishment sector</li><li>CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work</li><li>Asbestos Awareness - Desirable</li></ul></div>
