V7 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join a growing main contractor in the North West that focus on new build social housing projects.

Ideal candidate:
- Previous experience working on new build social housing schemes is preferred
- Confident working in a No1 Site Manager position
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certificates
- Strong leadership skills
- Proactive solutions provider
- Happy to travel across North West/Greater Manchester for work
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring projects are ran on schedule and that high standards of work are being maintained.
- Line Management for Subcontractors.
- Holding progress meetings with senior management.
- Managing the relationship with the client.
- Running projects within agreed timescales in line with the site programme.
- Managing direct labour and subcontractors ensuring they keep to the subcontractors agreement.
- Managing the delivery of materials making sure they are delivered in time with the planned programme.
- Managing Health & Safety on site.
