Site Manager - Cladding/Facade
The Company
My client are the Specialist Fa ade/Cladding division of a larger group of companies.
They work on the development of large scale residential and hotel projects, across London and the South East.
The Role - Cladding Site Manager
My client are currently looking to appoint a Site Manager, to work on a project in Central London.
The project itself consists of the removal and replacement of the external wall render system and the removal and reinstatement of existing metal cladding.
Duties:
- Oversee all works on site and dealing with all Health & Safety
- Weekly progress meetings
- Overseeing all quality control and kept records
- Reporting to the operations team
- Oversee all trades and labour on site In charge of the delivery of the project from start to finish
- All round site management duties including logistics management
Essential:
Must have previous experience in working on recladding projects in London
CSCS Black Card desired, SMSTS and First Aid essential
