Job Description
My client is a residential developer in search of a Site Manager to join their team on their new build, mixed use development in Nine Elms.
The role will involve involve managing the internals and a fit out of residential units, managing sub-contractors, overseeing quality, implementing health and safety, planning works and ordering materials. You will be reporting to a Senior Site Manager.
Experience and understanding of managing a full fit out on a respectable amount of units and taking a project through to completion/handover.
