Site Manager - Bespoke, High End, Residential, New Build - £55-60,000 North London Our client is a well-established London contractor working in the High End New Build Residential market. They have a long-standing history of successful project delivery, on bespoke Traditional New build from £500,000 - £5M. They are a regional (bespoke residential) contractor/developer focused on North London sites with a secure strong pipeline of work.You will be the Site Manager initial based on 8 Houses taking them from ground to completion part way through you will take on another 4 Houses a short distance from these. Duties include:
- Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company's requirements.
- Manage subcontractors.
- Maintain and update project reporting and program.
- Liaise with Construction Director regularly throughout the contract.
- Arrange project progress meetings.
- Liaise with 3rd part Quantity Surveyor and Management in relation to cost management and procurement on site.
- Monitor and review quality assurance.
- Implementing Health & Safety Procedures including safety inspections of the site and ensuring regulations relating to health & safety are being met.
- Arrange plant and labour requirements.
You will have: Relevant experience on High End New Build residential market. The ability to manage projects, keeping them on schedule and within budget. Client liaison skills, ensuring the highest standards are achieved and delivered.
