Site Manager (roofing / scaffolding)
Salary: £44k - £47k / annum
Location: Wandsworth, SW18
The company:
Hunter Mason are recruiting on behalf of a refurbishment company who are looking for a Site Manager. The company specialise in building refurbishment, renovation and maintenance services, and due to growth they require a Site Manager.
The role:
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project to ensure that the client s specifications and requirements are met.
- Reviewing progress and liaising with cost estimation teams to ensure that the project costs are up to date and on target.
- Coordinating and supervising constructions workers.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
- Health and safety compliance.
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- First Aid qualification
- Scaffolding experience
- Re-roofing experience
