Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for a Pre-construction Manager to join a national contractor specialising in refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors. The role will be based out of their Dartford office and will be focusing on pre-construction matters across all the workload in the region.
Proficient in MS Project and able to produce programmes
Write project execution plans, logistics, construction phase plans, method statements
Understand and able to support the tender process and positively influence the quality of submissions
