Site Supervisor - Power JSM is a utilities service provider specialising in the delivery of integrated power and communications solutions. It is a private equity backed business that is rapidly growing. JSM’s reputation within the utilities industry for delivery has enabled us to secure main contractor status with many clients throughout the fast communications and Electricity Supply Infrastructure sectors. Principal Duties and Accountabilities We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our expanding Power Division to oversee day-to-day operations at site level on specifically assigned activities and /or work streams associated with the contract providing civil and cable installation services. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations on specifically assigned projects and/or work streams associated with Framework Contracts providing civil and cable installation services to the Electricity Supply Industry and key clients such as National Grid and Distribution Network Operators (DNO’s) predominately up to 132Kv, but also 275 and 400kv. To manage and ensure the efficient and economic use of resources, materials, transport, plant and equipment to its best potential. Skills and Qualifications We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications/competencies: Civils background essential M&E knowledge desired NRSWA SROH HSG47 CITB or equivalent in site safety management CSCS Card for appropriate level of responsibility/competency Minimum 2 years’ experience in project supervisor position Competent in use of MS Word, Excel, Project and Office Outlook.
