Flagship stores and Trafford Park. If you have a passion for luxury skincare and are self-motivated,
we are looking for a passionate Brand Sales Representative. Candidates should have proven sales
experience, ideally within the beauty industry.
Role and Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets
- Provide an exceptional sales service
- Increase sales through events and traffic stopping
- Comfortable working alone
- Successfully complete company training
Planning for growth
- Deliver outstanding standards of service and build a loyal customer base
- Plan and execute in store activity and events to increase sales
Operations and maintaining standards
- Efficient sales tracking, merchandising and cash handling
- Stock management. Highlight stock or tester concerns
- Manage and maintain highest standards of hygiene and visual merchandising
Work with your line manager on:
- Sales and performance
- Email sales report weekly
- Training, development, and opportunities
Requirements
- Sales driven
- Self-motivated
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury retail
- NVQ L2 beneficial but not essential
