Job Description
- Oversee customer credit control processes and ensure financial accuracy
- Manage and maintain client relationships
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to reconcile accounts
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Review and improve credit control processes as necessary
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams
- Generate financial reports for senior management
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A solid understanding of credit control principles and practices
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance
