Job Description

  • Oversee customer credit control processes and ensure financial accuracy
  • Manage and maintain client relationships
  • Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to reconcile accounts
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
  • Review and improve credit control processes as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams
  • Generate financial reports for senior management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A solid understanding of credit control principles and practices
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance
