DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Analytics Manager to join the Social & Online team. The Social Media Analytics Manager, reporting into the Senior Social Media Analytics Manager, will help grow UKTV’s digital capability further. This role will focus on delivering analysis and insight across a variety of social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok and Twitter for our on demand streaming service service, UKTV Play and its related free to air TV channels.  The role will deliver reports on brand health and campaign reports to optimise and fuel the growth of the team’s social media output. In this role you will get to: Work with a highly motivated and award-winning team and for a company that has huge ambition for growth with an exciting and much-loved mix of channel brands and shows Have a real impact in how we use data and social analytics to fuel our growth across social & online contentBe a key contributor towards growing our VOD social presence, a key growth driver for the business over the next few years Responsibilities / Role SpecificationHelp grow UKTV’s suite of channel brands and shows in the digital space through smart anlysis and insight experience with social media platform analytics, using both native and third-party toolsAble to produce structured reports that are creative, with a flair for storytelling that shines a light on content, channel and campaign performance across owned, earned and paidOwn regular and ad-hoc social media analysis, insight and optimisation on assigned channel brands, including but not limited to UKTV Play social performance and its connection with free to air channels Define relevant KPIs, draw actionable insights and present findings in a clear concise manner to be understood by a non-technical audienceUse your expertise with social media listening and monitoring tools to gather and analyse data (procifiency in Boolean query building, categorisation, segmentation), and produce reports that highlight key data points, trends and insights to support channel brands decisionsBuild relationships with internal teams such as insight, marketing, commissioning and VOD teams so that social listening, analysis and insight are shared across the business Present to senior stakeholders, confidentally and with authority Ensure accurate collection, storage and tracking of dataDemonstrate creativity and storytelling when interpreting dataWho you are:You will have demonstrated ability in providing tracking, insight and analysis of social media efforts to demonstrate the value of socialYou will live and breathe social media and know the ins and outs about its role in delivering business results, with solid experience in tools such as Brandwatch, Falcon, Tubular Labs, YouTube Analytics, Facebook and Twitter native analyticsYou will have examples of how your insights have solved problems and how your smart analysis has driven actionable insightsYou will love problem solving and have an open and curious mind. A proactive self-starter, comfortable with working with ambiguity and going beyond the numbers You will be comfortable working with disparate data sets in an accurate and rapid way, and be able to respond readily to changing circumstances (i.e. algorithm, data availability changes)You will be a team player, communicating with others and sharing your insights to further the team Hybrid-WorkingAt UKTV, we are working in a hybrid environment with a mixture of home and office working.
