An exciting and newly created opportunity for a Social Media Content Creator to join a fresh and youthful Accessory, Jewellery and Beauty web brand with a large following on Social Media and a significant on-line presence.

The Social Media Content Creator & Strategist required to join their team on a part-time basis (4 days a week) to help create content for and manage the social media accounts for a rapidly growing and trendy gifting, accessory, and jewellery brand.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the in-house creative team to develop & edit high-quality social media content
  • Strategizing and ideating content for the brand’s Instagram and TikTok and Meta feeds (static and dynamic posts, stories, and reels)
  • Filming and photographing assets and products for posting across channels
  • Conducting trend research into the Accessory, Jewellery and beauty niches to guide your content creation
  • Engaging in community building, proudly representing the brand, and responding to comments and DMs

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including best practices and current trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively in a team and communicate strategies clearly internally, and clearly convey your ideas and recommendations.
  • Strong capability in analysing social media metrics to gauge performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Genuine interest in and knowledge of the gifting, fashion and accessory industry, including staying current with new releases and engaging with fan communities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within the entertainment industry.
  • Previous experience creating engaging social media content. Portfolio of previous posts or projects is a plus!
