Social Media and PR Manager - London - Up to £45,000

The Social Media and PR Manager will be an enthusiastic and innovative individual who will be working within a commercial property company and taking responsibility for all the daily social activities. They will work closely with the MD to implement their social strategy, ensuring brand awareness; interaction and engagement with the target audiences is the main focus. The ideal candidate will use their creative side to brainstorm campaign ideas and create fascinating content. This is a fantastic opportunity, not to be missed!


Roles and responsibilities of the Social Media and PR Manager:

  • Ensure that all social media platforms are being used to their full potential and ensure they work in line with the overall social, commercial and brand strategy
  • Manage the online community on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter and YouTube to ensure the engagement rate and growing the follower/fan base is targeted to the correct audience
  • Generate influencer campaigns and executing these, including recruiting and building relationships with influencers and identifying social/PR opportunities.
  • Monitor and increase traffic and conversion rates across all media platforms
  • Generate personalised, engaging content for all social platforms
  • Ensure targets are met and review performance daily
  • Responsible for the daily social activities and extend brand awareness
  • Attend key events, capturing content and post across relevant channels
  • Report to the MD on KPI’s, ensuring clear communication, especially when executing their social strategy


Skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience in managing social media and influencer activity (examples required)
  • At least 2 years of social media, Influencer and PR experience
  • Fully capable to manage social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram / IGTV, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Content creation skills. Both written and design (film, videography, editing, graphics)
  • Creative, high energy, innovative, proactive and resourceful individual ready to take on a challenge.
  • Driven, with the ability to work under own initiative and under time pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
