RSM has amassed nearly 6 million followers across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok, as well as having an internationally ranked Podcast. This role is focused on Social Media, capturing and editing content and growing the RSM audience globally through innovative content.
The candidate must be an efficient organiser and comfortable working across multiple projects concurrently. A knowledge and understanding of the golf / sports industry is essential. An ‘all pitch in’ attitude is key to the success of this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- To assist the Social Media Manager with the implementation and execution of a growth strategy across all RSM social channels.
- To film, edit and produce high quality engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok & YouTube.
- Create engaging photo and text posts for social media.
- Source, organise & edit viral golf clips for use in ‘reacts’ content.
- To liaise with Social Media Manager & Head of Content to analyse Social Media analytics and trends in order to maximize RSM exposure & growth.
- Work with wider RSM team to ensure promotion of all RSM YouTube content across social media.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 – 2 years experience working in Social Media.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms
- Advanced level editing
- Comfortable filming content
- Passion for golf is a must.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Normal office hours (Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm), with travel and additional hours required
- Must hold a clean valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle
