Salary: up to £26K per annum

Hours: Office based 8:30pm-5:30pm

Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be working with a market distribution specialist.

My client operates around their customers’ core needs across different sectors.

In this role you will grow the audience for products with relevant, on-brand, engaging content across key platforms, develop relevant influencer relationships to introduce new audiences to, contribute to commercial success of sirdar.com and trade sales.

Responsibilities:

Activity planning: on a seasonal and weekly basis, plan social activity in line with the trading plan, liaising with ecommerce colleagues, to engage existing followers, attract relevant new audiences and support sales.

Content creation: Create content for feed, stories and reels, using an appropriate mix of assets, and creating video, gifs and graphics, briefing additional graphics where necessary.

Brand: Develop a visual style and tone of voice in line with the Sirdar brand to communicate our values and contribute to achieving our mission.

Community: Monitor comments from our community. Liaise with colleagues to provide appropriate responses and address issues. Review and action requests to join our make along group and moderate comments.

Make alongs: Support the development of bi-annual make-alongs, assisting with filming, editing and loading video to all relevant platforms in appropriate formats. Host and appear in Instagram lives.

Influencer engagement: Identify and engage influencers who are aligned with our brand strategy and to help achieve sales targets through their advocacy for Sirdar products. Review and action requests to join our affiliate programme, liaising with ecommerce colleagues.

Paid Social: Work with ecommerce colleagues to re-purpose high-performing organic posts for paid social.

Analytics and reporting: Weekly highlights, monthly and annual reporting of KPI’s across key platforms to inform social strategy and commercial decision making.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Brand: Taking direction from the Marketing Manager, ensure that all social media activity contributes to brand strategy and Sirdar positioning.
  • Trade Marketing: Look for ways to support and engage retail partners in social activity to extend our reach to their audiences and support their own efforts to sell Sirdar products.
