Job description:


In your role as Social Media Director, you’ll leading on a number of the agency's biggest consumer social accounts. You’ll need to be confident building excellent relationships with clients and delivering results which not just meet but exceed their expectations!


Some of your key responsibilities will include:


  • Leading on social strategy across your portfolio of clients
  • Driving idea generation for social campaigns and overseeing delivery, liaising with internal teams throughout
  • Directing social media content shoots - working closely with Content Creators, Photographers and Videographers to produce thumb-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
  • Meeting with clients regularly, building strong relationships and managing expectations
  • Supporting on the development of new business proposals and pitches
  • Line managing more junior employees
  • Keeping up to date any new social media trends and updates


Skills & experience:


In order to be considered for this Social Media Director position, you'll need to be able to demonstrate:


  • At least 6 years' experience in social media, with proven agency-side experience
  • A proven track-record of successful social content and campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook at a minimum
  • Plenty of experience leading on social strategy
  • Experience directing social media content shoots
  • A client-first attitude with a natural ability to win contacts over
  • Experience producing proposals and new business strategies, as well as going out to pitches
  • Proven line management capabilities
