Job Description

As a passionate content creator, you will drive growth across our brands social media and digital platforms including the Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, YouTube and LinkedIn and the brands website, through creating photos, videos and writing copy that feels authentic and relevant to our audiences, whilst telling our brands story and delivering our key messages.

You will work closely with the wider marketing team to identify key occasions and trends to leverage in line with the wider Brand Plans and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with developing the brands social and digital media strategies
  • Develop and manage the brands social media platforms, including audience builds and ads management
  • Research, source, write, create, edit, and schedule all content (full 360 management)
  • Full community management
  • Email marketing to customer base through MailChimp
  • Develop and manage the brands nano and micro influence programme
  • Develop and manage co-branded partnerships with like-minded brands
  • Provide social media support live from key events and consumer occasions
  • Keep abreast of latest social trends, platforms, and back-end management changes
  • Create ad hoc content for blogs, brochures, websites, and e-shots when required

Candidate Requirements

  • You’ll be proactive with a great can do attitude looking for a development move in a social media and marketing career.
  • You’ll enjoy working as part of a driven team and you’ll be the sort of person who thrives in a challenging but rewarding environment.
  • For the right person there is significant scope for progression within the marketing team.
  • You’ll be able to demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the different social media platforms and how to get the best out of them – either through prior experience in a similar role or through building and maintaining your own social media presence.
  • You’ll know your way around a camera and have (developable) skills in photo and video editing through programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro.
  • You’ll have an understanding, if not experience, of Facebook ads manager and will be confident in analysing, developing, and testing existing and new audiences.
  • You’ll be confident switching between different tones of voice for different brands, and be able to seamlessly adapt between audiences of different life stages and demographics.
  • A valid driving license is required for occasional travel.
