About the company...
A company specialising in breast pumps and baby feeding that was created to cater for everybody, at an affordable price point. The real ethos and drive of this company is providing great quality products for great quality price...but now they are looking for somebody to help them elevate their position in the market and really give them a cutting edge feel.
About the role...
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about building a good, honest brand. You don't have to be a mother but if you feel strongly in empowering women in their breastfeeding journey, that's a bonus!
The role will slot alongside the existing members of the team and you will be the sole provider of all things social media and digital. My client works very closely with a marketing agency so a lot of your responsibilities will be to be the creative briefer / point of contact between the client and the agency.
Aside from that, expect to be allowed complete autonomy with your content ideas - working across all Social media platforms. As the team is small but mighty, you can also expect to be involved in the e-commerce of the brand but the marketing around stockists and retailers of the product.
About you...
You will be a charismatic, energetic, yet driven individual. You will have a couple of years industry experience either agency or in-house and be able to show demonstrable experience in creating content and being involved in social strategy from beginning to end.
You will feel comfortable talking to women about their breastfeeding journey and be an approachable and friendly individual who will advocate for women and baby health.
You will want a role like this to carve out and be the face of an exiting brand just at the cusp of their biggest successes and you will be proud to be a part of that journey.
This is an ideal role for somebody at an Executive level looking to take on more responsibility within a supportive and passionate team.
