JOB TITLE: Social Media & Internal Communications Executive SALARY: £32,000-£35,000 excellent benefits LOCATION: Hertfordshire SETTING: Hybrid / 2 days working from home Are you a strong creative with a keen eye for detail? Do you love working independently on campaigns and projects? Do you have experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms? Then this could be the role for you We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Executive with our client based in Hertfordshire – this is a hybrid role with two days a week working from home. As the Social Media and Internal Communications Executive you will own and execute our clients social media and internal communications delivery. As well as create content promoting our client’s products and services whilst supporting the wider marketing team efforts. Commutable Locations: Hertfordshire, North London, Bedfordshire, Middlesex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, St Albans Job Specification: Social Media Executive This is a creative role and requires an incisive eye for detail. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Content creation for posts to attract relevant customers and driving call to actions Creation and management of our social media calendar Market research and reporting analytics Supporting the wider marketing team with events and initiatives Building rapport and strong working relationships with key stakeholders Supporting our internal communications department with copywriting and campaigns from ideation to execution. Requirements: Social Media Executive We are looking for a team member that is extremely self-motivated and social media savvy with strong written communication skills. You’ll be super creative with prior experience in social media content creation or a similar role. Demonstrating a proficiency in creating engaging content across multiple platforms is key. A keen eye for aesthetics, creative copy, and effective communication , the ability to work independently or in a team as well as the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders is key to this role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem solving Great analytical skills and strong numerical skills to delve into data and share valuable insights is also an advantage.
