Responsibilities:
- Create and implement impactful, data-driven social media campaigns to elevate brand presence and achieve business goals.
- Build and nurture an engaged audience, driving organic growth and increasing visibility.
- Produce captivating content that aligns with the brand's identity, speaks to the target audience, and drives interaction across all channels.
- Oversee and manage multiple social media accounts, ensuring seamless engagement and community interaction.
- Track performance metrics, analyse trends, and provide in-depth reports with actionable insights to refine strategies.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management, ideally in lifestyle sectors
- Demonstrated success in creating, implementing, and optimising social media strategies
- Proficiency in developing content from ideation to execution, including visually compelling posts.
- Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects, and social media management and analytics tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
