Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join our growing content department based in Central London. Reporting into the Senior Social & Digital Strategist, you will be an integral member of the digital team, supporting across social media content strategy and community management. This position provides extensive opportunity for growth for the right candidate.


You will be welcomed into Prism Create, our multi-disciplinary content and creative team, working with global brands in the world of entertainment, music, fashion, gaming and sport. From creative ideation and social strategy, to content production and digital distribution, we translate marketing strategies into disruptive creative campaigns and activations for some of the world’s most exciting brands.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Actively seek out trends and audience insights, maintaining a finger to the pulse of culture and communities across the digital space
  • Support the Senior Digital Strategist in developing digital and social strategies
  • Deliver campaigns across various social platforms
  • Ensure the growth of our clients’ accounts and the delivery of strong ROI
  • Audit clients’ social accounts and competitor analysis to formulate recommendations
  • Produce end-of-campaign reports to analyse performance
  • Develop social media playbooks
  • Provide direct assistance to client social teams
  • Help manage influencer campaigns from discovery to execution
  • Educate internal teams and clients on the best practices, platform updates and new products


KEY REQUIREMENTS:


  • A passion for community building and storytelling
  • Social media management experience across content and community
  • A strong knowledge of social media channels, social culture and digital creativity
  • Naturally culture hungry, consumer and trend obsessed
  • Able to identify what trends and content excite online communities
  • Knowledge of what great content looks like across a variety of formats and platforms
  • Ability to develop content and channel strategies to engage and grow social media communities
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and platform developments.
  • Experience shooting and editing content on mobile, either on social platforms or via third-party apps (ie: CapCut)
  • Experience using data insights and analytical tools to support content creation and new community initiatives
  • Experience delivering social media audits, competitor analysis and playbooks.
  • Excellent people skills with a proven ability to build and cultivate strong client and internal relationships
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and desire to grow both personally and professionally as the role requires
  • Agile mindset and ability to pivot as project requirements change with a flexible attitude and seamless efficiency
  • The desire to immerse yourself in our agency environment and to contribute to the wider agency culture
  • Must be dependable, positive, open-minded, and be able to clearly communicate and bring enthusiasm to the role
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to self-manage time and output


DESIRABLES:


  • Agency experience in a client facing role
  • Experience working with brands in entertainment, music, fashion, gaming and sport is highly beneficial
  • Understanding of budget and time allocation.
  • Experience with social-first cameras (e.g. Insta360 or GoPro)
  • Experience with social scheduling and management tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other editing software
