Job Overview: The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to curate engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand values and resonates with our audience and drives sales across our platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Curation:
  • Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content for all social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the art director, VIP and marketing teams to plan, produce, create visually compelling, engaging and commercially effective, social posts, stories, reels, and videos.
  • Source and share user-generated content that reflects our brand and community values.
  • Social Media Strategy:
  • Support in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimise content and strategy.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Foster relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify our reach and impact.
  • Monitor and manage online conversations about our brand and products.
  • Brand Representation:
  • Ensure all social media content aligns with HEWI’s brand voice, aesthetic, and values.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar.
  • Collaborate with marketing to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions in line with marketing initiatives and product launches.

  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in social media content creation and curation, preferably in the fashion / luxury fashion industry.
    • Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for sustainability and luxury fashion.
    • Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
