We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager for an exciting, up-and-coming fashion brand with their HQ based in Brentwood Essex. This role is an exceptional opportunity to lead and innovate within the digital space, focusing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing a strategic approach to enhance brand visibility, engage with diverse audiences, and drive sales through compelling content and targeted campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic social media plan.
  • Analyse performance metrics to guide future campaigns.
  • Collaborate on influencer partnerships and advertising strategies.
  • Manage community engagement and content schedules.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within fashion.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, with proficiency in video editing for social platforms.
  • Excellent team leadership and communication abilities.
  • Driving licence - (travel to brand photoshoots occasionally required)
