Social Media Manager – Hybrid - 3 Days in the office – London Bridge / Orpington
£45,000 - £50,000
Calling all Social Media Managers who have a passion for interiors and homeware with experience in working on social channels for brands that sit within this sector.
A leading high growth company in the retail industry are looking for a talented social media manager who lives and breathes social media – always up to date with the latest Tik Tok trends and social channel updates. As a Social Media Manager within this role you should produce engaging social strategies whilst working closely with their creative team to deliver capturing content.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying the perfect audience and fine-tuning content across brands to captivate and resonate
- Craft high-quality, on-brand content in collaboration with design, photography and videography

- Build and maintain relationships with followers by addressing enquiries
- Understand the difference in both soft metric (reach, engagement, CTR) & hard metrics (quality site traffic, lead volume) & how these can be used to plan & inform strategic decisions
- Amplifying our brand, building awareness business growth from vanity metrics
- Take direction from brand marketers and others to ensure social media content is in tune with brand positioning and campaign objectives
Key / Essential skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
- A solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
- A creative mindset and a knack for thinking outside the traditional box
- Great work ethic with desire to learn and innovate
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Advanced skills in social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, plus management and tracking platforms like Linktree and Hootsuite
- An understanding of social media, including copywriting, photography, image editing, video animations, social media advertising, influencer management, and analysis techniques
- Must have experience in setting up, managing and optimising paid campaigns
Package:
- Salary £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
