Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
2. Content Creation:
- Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure consistent and visually appealing content.
3. Community Management:
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Foster positive interactions and manage the brand's online reputation.
4. Social Media Advertising:
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Monitor ad performance and make data-driven optimizations.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients, demonstrating the impact of social media efforts.
6. Client Collaboration:
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to incorporate their feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
