This role requires someone with a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to manage multiple platforms effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
- Report on social media metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and growth.
Requirements :
- Proven experience on professional social media accounts.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual content.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Experience with paid advertising on social platforms is a plus.
