The Company Solis Recruitment has partnered with a fast- growing retailer looking for a creative Social Media Manager to join their team. Our client is on the lookout for someone who can elevate their social media presence and engage their audiences with eye-catching content that captivates and captures attentions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and driving the brand's digital narrative. The Role As the Social Media Manager, you will take ownership of all social media channels, bringing your creativity and strategic thinking to contribute to and execute a standout social media strategy. You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content that aligns with the brand's voice and style, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across all platforms. This role will also see you defining brand guidelines, managing a junior team member, and developing seasonal and promotional content calendars to keep the brand front and centre in the minds of its audience. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of the social media strategy across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest, to build brand awareness and drive engagement. Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all social media channels. Plan, create, and oversee engaging and original content, including creative copy, graphics, and videos, that resonates with the target audience. Develop and manage seasonal and promotional content calendars, coordinating with key stakeholders to align with broader marketing campaigns. Attend and lead photoshoots and video shoots, capturing unique content that reflects the brand's aesthetic and appeals to the audience. Shooting lo-fi content in line with industry best practices. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh, relevant, and on the cutting edge. Analyse social media performance and produce regular reports, using data to refine strategies and improve results. About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: 4+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of developing and executing effective content strategies. Expertise in defining brand guidelines and creating compelling, compelling branded content that drives engagement, with a polished finish. A portfolio showcasing content created with a clean finish from the Fashion, Accessories, Beauty, Home or Furniture industries. Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and video editing software Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members, guiding them to achieve their best work. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and produce content that stands out. A proactive approach to staying ahead of social media trends and leveraging new opportunities. If you do not have a portfolio we will ask for examples/links to showcase content you have created. What’s on Offer: A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience. A hybrid working environment with two days per week in the Central London office.
