Role Description
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team in MILTON KEYNES.
You will be responsible for coming up with ideas for social media content, and engaging on social media accounts and implementing social media strategies. You will help increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our online presence and support our business growth.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content and engagement, specifically Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Content development for newsletters, websites, sales funnels, brochures, etc
- Analyse metrics to inform marketing decisions and drive sales across platforms
- Utilise social platforms and other relevant channels to source organic leads and build relationships with potential clients
- Engage daily on social media with prospects to grow our social media following, online community engagement, visibility, and to book consultations
- You'll also help manage our clients social media platforms
Qualifications
- Previous experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends
- Ability to come up with new ideas and shoot content on site with the CEO
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop is a bonus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create compelling and engaging content
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Positive and proactive attitude
