ROLE MISSION
Working in partnership with our client, the Social Media Manager & Creator will manage the social content of some of the world’s leading brands across our Beauty & Wellbeing category. This role will focus predominantly on the client's brands accounts for Instagram and TikTok. Each week you will hunt out “ golden nugget ” opportunities for content creation and social engagement that’ll make this brand shine on social. As such, content planning will be a large part of this role so you will need to have a strategic approach to planning out your monthly and yearly calendar moments. You will be at the forefront of the brand conversation so experience with community management and how to optimise is essential. This opportunity is perfect for a talented and experienced individual who can translate brand personality into conversations on social media, is great at ideating highly engaging content which leverages current trends and knows how best to use platform functionality and strengths to our advantage.
THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF...
You are on top of the latest developments in social, you know what is happening behind the social media feed and know the latest reels and TikTok trends and how it can be translated seamlessly to the brand. You are creatively minded and have an eye for converting trends into content, you know how to measure performance, you have experience in planning and creating content, editing and using editing suites such as Premiere Pro and working with other creators. Lastly, you’re experienced in community management and enjoy being proactive in sharing your opinion on what should be next for your brands and on social .

You will be joining an on-site agency team who are super passionate about best-in-class social and creative. You’ll work closely with your social team, digital specialists, brand managers and customer service partners.
