Are you an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong strategic mindset? We're looking for a Social Media Manager to take our digital presence to the next level, and continue the work of strengthening and building our community. Developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with our brand and growth objectives Curating engaging content (copy, image, video) for TikTok and Instagram Managing day-to-day activities on social channels, including content scheduling and community engagement Analyzing performance metrics and refining strategies based on insights Collaborating cross-functionally to align social media efforts with overall company goals Report on socials performance weekly, using KPIs and trends, always seeking insights that can inform commercial and content strategy. Proven experience in social media management or being a creator yourself Exceptional knowledge of the Social Media landscape: content optimization, publishing algorithms, building communities, social listening & reporting, technologies impacting key global platforms. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics Creative thinking and a strong understanding of the female empowerment movement + an understand of (or willingness to learn) about basic financial concepts. Comfortable working under pressure, with the ability to be reactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid role: 2 weekly days at our office ~ GBP 45,000-63,000 depending on experience with an opportunity for bonus ~ 25 holidays ~ Computer ~ Your ideal Female Invest Instagram feed com with the title SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER.
