We are recruiting for our client, an award winning PR agency in London. They are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team. Key responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, collaborative relationships, and serving as a brand advocate within the agency. Assist in developing and delivering strategic social media plans aligned with client goals and objectives. Conduct regular client meetings to share updates, gather feedback, and ensure consistency with the overall brand strategy. Oversee a team of social media executives, content managers, and community managers, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. Effectively delegate tasks, providing clear guidance and support to team members. Review and approve content calendars, ensuring consistency with client messaging and brand tone. Oversee the entire process of social media campaigns, from concept creation to post-campaign analysis. Track campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the team to implement data-driven optimizations to boost engagement, reach, and conversions. Work closely with the content team to create engaging, relevant content that aligns with the client's brand identity and resonates with the target audience. Stay informed about new social media trends, platforms, and technologies, integrating them into client strategies where relevant. Produce detailed reports on social media performance, offering clients insights and recommendations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the success of social media campaigns. Present findings to both clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. The ideal candidate will...
