Our second location, Harvey Nichols, Manchester city centre.


Debut are looking for a highly collaborative and proactive in-house Social Media Manager to lead and manage the company’s digital presence across multiple channels, to increase awareness, engage with our online community and support growth objectives. We’re growing rapidly and are looking for ambitious, brilliant people to join us on our journey.


ABOUT THE ROLE:


This is a full-time, in-house role at our London studio. You will lead on content strategy and the development of our socials, collaborating closely with the Directors. As the go-to contact within the business for all things social media, you will be expected to:

  • Develop strategies to increase following and engagement across platforms, manage social media channels, including Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan, create and curate engaging relevant content for social media platforms that reflects our brand identity as well as monitor and respond to our audience.
  • Stay up to date with current trends and tools to keep Debut content innovative, relevant and effective as well as propose new ideas and concepts for content.
  • Coordinate and nurture relationships with influencers to ensure a steady flow of content.
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics and report on the success of projects, working closely with wider members of the team.
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Keen interest in our specific industry as well as styles and digital trends.
  • Enthusiastic and creative individual who wants to make an impact.
  • Must be able to show evidence of successfully growing your own and/or another brand’s social media presence.
  • Experience in creating engaging content, executing social media campaigns and building social campaigns.
  • Attention to detail, ability to strategise and multitask.
  • Confident and reliable with impeccable time management.
  • Excellent communication skills, including proficient copywriting.
  • Proficiency in photography and video creation and editing. (Canva, Capcut, Adobe)
  • Proficiency in the use of social channels. (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
